What we collect
This website is simple: we don't run analytics, advertising pixels, or any tracking scripts. The only personal information we receive is what you choose to send us through the contact form on our Contact page — your name, phone number, email address, and the message you write. That's it.
How your message reaches us
Our contact form is delivered by Formspree, a form-processing service. When you hit "Send Message," Formspree passes your name, phone, email, and message to our office so we can respond to your request. You can read Formspree's own privacy policy at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.
What we don't do
- We never sell your information — not your name, not your contact details, not your messages. Full stop.
- We don't buy data or add you to a marketing list without your knowledge.
- No tracking scripts on this site — no third-party analytics, no ad trackers, no call-tracking numbers.
Health information. The website contact form is for general questions and appointment requests only. Please don't include detailed medical or dental health information in the form — save that for your visit, where it's protected as part of your patient record.
How we use what you send us
We use your contact details only to respond to your message — to schedule your appointment, answer your question, or follow up on your request. Once you're a patient, anything further is handled under our regular patient-privacy practices at the office.
Requesting your data be deleted
Want us to delete the message or contact details you sent through the website? Just call (815) 426-2611 or email info@herscherdentistry.com and tell us you'd like your website submission removed. We'll take care of it promptly.
